The Wicked Medallion has a diameter of 3/4" and features 13 white diamonds and 14 inverted black diamonds set around the outside edge.  It was designed so that the inverted black diamonds can be seen from the front and appear as wicked spikes.

CTW:  0.36 ct white diamond; 0.42 ct black diamond
