Shipping and Returns

Most DRU. pieces and products are made-to-order. For this reason, please be advised that purchases may not be shipped immediately. Most orders are ready to be shipped in 2-4 weeks.  If there is any need for a package to arrive at a specific date, please email sales@drujewelry.com.  We will do our best to  accommodate.

Pieces that are shown as "in-stock" may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase.  Please note that specific availability of in-stock pieces--stones, metal, ring size--is listed in the item description. If there are questions, please contact sales@drujewelry.com and we will be happy to help. All other pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. For returns and/or credit, jewelry must be received in the original packaging and in the same condition in which it was bought, as determined by DRU. Customers are responsible for all shipment charges on returned items to be deducted from credit. All custom pieces are final sale. 

Domestic shipping is free of charge with FedEx 2-Day shipping on orders $100 and above. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. International orders are shipped via FedEx for an additional fee. DRU. is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed for international shipping, and DRU. is not responsible for delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent via email. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that the buyer is solely responsible for the acceptance of the order upon delivery. DRU. is not responsible for any lost packages once package has been signed for or for delays in delivery.
