The new Small Crown of Thorns Cuff is half the weight of the original Crown of Thorns Cuff, making it even more comfortable and affordable.  Like the larger size cuff, this one can also be adjusted by applying slight pressure to open and close. The width of this cuff is about 5 mm from thorn tip to thorn tip.
