This baby is insane!  The 14k solid skull is set with 275 pearls and features large ruby eyes (0.2 ct), the better to see into your soul.  The Skull Pendant is 15 mm tall and 8 mm wide, with a depth of 12 mm.  It hangs from a Crown of Thorns Jump Ring.
